Demi Lovato

Demetria Demetria "Demi" Lovato was born in Dallas, Texas. Her parents are Patrick Martin Lovato and Dianna Dela Garza. Demi began as a child actor on the show 'Barney & Friends'. The actress was offered a part in a Disney Channel short called "As the Bell Rings" followed by a part of the lead in the movie Camp Rock. While filming Camp Rock, Demi Lovato was also recording 3 songs to the film's soundtrack. She has had several solo releases in the years since. Lovato was cast as the main character in the Disney Channel series called 'Sonny with a Chance'. They later became one of the judges on the TV contest show The X Factor from 2012 until 2013.Besides being a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, Lovato's mother, Dianna Lovato, was an artist from the country genre.
